Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notary Services Near You is committed to providing reliable and timely mobile notary services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients are encouraged to provide at least 2–4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a travel or convenience fee.

No-Show Policy

• If a client is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, a travel fee will still apply.

Refunds

• Notarial fees ($2 per signature) are non-refundable once the notarization is completed.

• Travel and service fees are non-refundable once the notary has been dispatched.

• If notarization cannot be completed due to:

  • Missing identification

  • Incomplete documents

  • Signer unwilling or unable to proceed
    👉 Travel and service fees still apply

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if the notary is unable to complete the appointment due to an error on our part.
